Alpay believes that being a successful real estate, is all about having the same integrity as he’s had with his growing family and career. Trust, care and empathy are key elements to Alpay’s success in life, blended with leadership and family. From humble beginnings of leaving home at a young age with no work available, Alpay moved interstate to peruse work in QLD. Working his way through promotion after promotion, he proved himself as hard working, dedicated, reliable and a great leader for whomever he worked for. His last job had Alpay overseeing logistics, transport management & the customer liaison officer, which involved high levels of communication to hundreds of businesses up and down the south east coast of QLD. Alpay believes that having a high level of communication and customer service skills, will him keep buyers and sellers up to date, even at the most demanding times. Communication is a key area that I felt needed more care in my experience with real estate over my 10 plus years in dealing with agents. Having purchased and sold several properties including investments, in the local area, as well as Gold Coast, Alpay has a very good knowledge of property. His family have all grown up in the Eagleby, Logan and Gold Coast regions for almost 15 years. There’s a strong community and local knowledge too, with his children not only going through the local schools, but also being heavily involved with sports clubs in multiple organisations and codes. Now with five years experience in real estate, Alpay continues to communicate well with all clients, and he’s looking to help more clients with their real estate needs.
